How does it work?

1.     Fill out the downloadable form with quantities you wish to send.

2.     Print the form and post to us along with your broken LCD’s.

3.     Once tested we will send you a full report/invoice for approval.

4.     Approve and get paid.

If there are any prices you do not approve, we will happily return them. You would simply have to pay postage (or the cost will be deducted from your remaining order.)

Can I still sell to you even if I am not based in the UK?

Yes. We can accept LCD’s coming from abroad as long as they meet our criteria. Payments can also be made overseas by paypal or bank transfer.

What payment methods do you offer?

We make payments via Paypal and bank transfer.

What is the time period by which I must accept an offer?

Offers must be either approved or declined within the space of 3 working days. Otherwise we will make the payment based on the valuation we concluded.

Do you buy all LCD’s?

We only make the payments based on grade on original Apple and Samsung LCD’s that we are able to test. See the quotes by following the prices paid link below.

However, we do accept all other LCD’s as scrap (£1 per KG).

How does grading check work?

GOOD LCD

ONLY BROKEN GLASS. The inner LCD screen should have no marks, no pixels missing and no imperfections on the display. Backlighting should be working perfectly.

POOR LCD

The LCD has broken glass AND shows any of the following issues with the inner display:

  • Dead pixels

  • Marks or bruising

  • Red screens or yellow edges

  • Signs of discolouration

  • Any signs of water damage

  • Backlighting issues

TOUCH/FLEX FAULT

The touch on the LCD is not working OR the flex/connector is damaged in any way. In other words, if the LCD cannot connect to a motherboard/tester device due to flex damage, and no display appears, this points to flex/connector damage. If the display is showing, but the touch is not responsive, or slower than usual, this points to a touch fault.

Please see a detailed breakdown of our condition grading here.

Are There any minimum quantities?

There are no minimum quantities.

Will I have to pay a return fee if I reject a quote and want my LCD back?

There are no fees for sending back LCD’s. You will only have to pay for shipping. If you still have payment pending, the shipping cost for returns will be deducted. Otherwise, you will have to make the payment via Paypal or bank transfer before we ship back the LCD’s.

Can you make special arrangements for trade?

If you are a smartphone repair center/retailer/insurer, we can make special trade agreements based on the monthly quantities you will be ordering. Please call our management staff or schedule an appointment at our office for further details.
